About IPDL
Overview
The Illinois Professional Drycleaners & Launderers (formerly Illinois State Fabricare Association, ISFA) was organized in 1915 as a professional organization for fabricare specialists. For more than nine decades, it has served its members, the public, and the community at large, assisting not only its members but also all fabricare professionals in Illinois, including dry cleaners, wet cleaners, and launderers. Our aim is to be positive and supportive corporate citizens in the communities in which we serve, through education and information.
Affiliation with DLI
The IPDL represents our state in the  Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (formerly International Fabricare Institute, IFI), giving our members a link to DLI members worldwide, and our communities access to multiple services and resources for the progress of fabric care technology, consumer information, and the sharing of best practices.
Membership Categories
There are two categories of membership in IPDL, since we welcome both cleaning establishments and supportive companies in the Allied Trades. We welcome new members in both categories:  please click for detailed information and applications.
